The FA1000 machine is a fully Italian uncoiler / unwinder coils, designed and produced within the company KM SAVOTEC both with regard to mechanical components, both electrical and software. It is a complete CE certified product.
Suitable for uncoiling cable coils, the maximum workable diameter of the standard cable is 20 mm with the possible option up to 35 mm, cable coils from 600 mm to 1000 mm outer diameter.
The loading of the coils, thanks to a motorized system of two arms for gripping and lifting, is very simple and fast. The unwinder is also equipped with a touch screen operator panel to manage the machine settings.
The FA1000 unwinder has an intelligent system for detecting the diameter of the coil, on which to select the correct unwinding speed. In this way, the operator should not adjust the speed of the uncoiler when the coil starts to empty.
The unique feature of this unwinder is that it can be set with the compensator at 90° compared to the coil loading, or in line.
