Uncoiler
The FA600 machine is a fully Italian uncoiler / unwinder coils, designed and produced within the company KM SAVOTEC both with regard to mechanical components, both electrical and software. It is a complete CE certified product.
The FA600 is a motorized uncoiler complete with pulley compensator, suitable for the uncoiling of cable coils, with a simple and fast system for the loading of coils. Thanks to the two gripping arms the coil is hooked laterally and raised. These settings can be adjusted manually with simplicity, making it very practical, simple and quick to change the coil itself, without requiring excessive effort from the operator.
The operator panel allows the insertion and parameterization of all machine settings, acceleration and deceleration speed, the possibility to choose 3 languages, diagnostics (INPUT and OUTPUT) and alarm messaging. The FA600 uncoiler has a coil speed adjustment system based on the arm position, which makes it very fast in cable unwinding. The output height of the cable is adjustable to adapt to the different heights of the cutting-off machines.
Maximum diameter east. standard workable cable 10 mm, cable coils from 400 mm to 600 mm outside diameter, maximum coil weight 150 Kg
