The rotating cable collector is used for the creation of cable coils. It is a semi-automatic machine that requires the presence of the operator to pick up the coils from the working area. The coil cable collector can only be connected to KM SAVOTEC machines.
The coils are created by winding the cable on the pins that are adjustable from a minimum internal diameter of 120mm to a maximum of 300 mm.
The winding speed is adjustable directly form the control unit of the cut-off, as well as other parameters related to the cable collection. The machine is restarted as soon as the operator picks the coils from the working area, allowing the production time to be accelerated as much as possible.
The system is equipped with a complete safety barrier protection. The user interface, provided by the touch screen display through an easy and intuitive interface, allows the setting of all the data necessary for the management of the machine, the setting of parts, a button for unloading, setting the speed of the conveyor belt, time selection for cable unloading, machine diagnostics page, language selection page and many other features.
