The SSC4000 is a fully electronic stripping and cutting machine cables. It is an Italian product completely designed and produced (mechanical, electrical and software) within the KM SAVOTEC and is a CE certified product.
The SSC4000 is controlled by powerful engines both for the cutting and for the stripping process, which is performed by two driving belts with a length of 120 mm and a parallel opening (to allow a correct centering of the cable with blades and guide wire). The machine can process cables from 0.50 mm2 to 50mm2 with a maximum cable passage of 15 mm outside diameter. The machine can work both unipolar and multipolar cables, PVC, neoprene and silicone.
The SSC4000 is managed by a PC with Windows, a touchscreen monitor for the insertion of all the management parameters of the machine, with the possibility of storing them within different programs, thanks to a very intuitive software, fast and extremely easy to use. Extremely compact and easy to operate, it guarantees precise cuts and high productions. The machine is supplied complete with safety guards, safety devices, and sensor of presence cable.
